Positive: I really enjoyed my stay at the Garden City Downtown Apartment. The neighbourhood is quiet and feels very safe, which was such a nice break from the busy streets of Cairo. The apartment itself was clean, cosy, and had everything I needed — it honestly felt like a little home away from home. the location is right next to the embassies in a walking distance The host was super kind and helpful, always quick to respond and made sure everything went smoothly. I also loved being able to walk to so many places nearby — the location is just perfect. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful, comfortable place in the heart of the city.

Positive: This review pertains to Moon homes Downtown Cairo. We ended up switching from the Garden City apartment as there was an issue that needed to be addressed. Nagwa, the manager, made the switch very easy. She was delightful to work with and we enjoyed the new apartment very much. This happened during Eid when finding another place was nearly impossible. Nagwa moved us to another place that was even better than the Garden apartment. We really appreciate her help and how comfortable she made us in the new place.

Negative: The Garden apartment needed a repair that, while we could have remained, it was not at all comfortable. We greatly enjoyed the new apartment,

Positive: This apartment is in downtown Cairo near to Nile river cruises, National museum and city life. It was easy to go anywhere and we mainly used Uber for transportation. Ms Nagwa our host was kind, cooperative and very helpful. She helped arrange transport from the airport for us at an affordable rate. Fully equipped apartment, plenty of room spaces, every room has extra beds so it was very very convenient for our family, and a very pleasant experience. We ordered food using Grabfood services. In general we had a great stay here while exploring Cairo😁👍.

Negative: The cleanliness outside of the apartment still needs to be improved. Inside is good.

Positive: It was very spacious and clean with very comfortable beds. The lounge area is very big with all the amenities working well. The contact Nagwa was especially helpful and kind. She was on hand at every possible moment to help with anything from answering queries to organising trips. She made the stay especially smooth.

Negative: Nothing. The only thing I couldn’t find was the ironing board but I probably just couldn’t find it in the huge apartment.
