Lovely apartment on the second floor of a building in Mid Beach.
The entrance hall leads into the open plan living and dining area, with wooden floor and filled with natural light. The apartment has been professionally designed and is filled with stylish features and comfy furnishings.
The bright living area features a sofa bed (sleeps one extra person), flat screen television as well as a free Wi-Fi connection available throughout the apartment.
You will also find a trendy wooden dining table and chairs for 4, should you decide to stay in and cook one evening instead of going out to one of the many chic restaurants of the area.
There is a separate fully fitted kitchenette with a stove, refrigerator and freezer, toaster, microwave, drip coffee maker teakettle and more. Full sets of cutlery and crockery are provided along with pots and pans and other utensils so you can make a meal right at home.
A washing and dryer machine ($1.75 per load) in the communal laundry room of the building will allow you to pack light and save room for all of your souvenirs. An iron and board are provided for your convenience.
The living room leads to the sleeping area with a comfortable double bed, a bathroom with shower and toilet.

- The septic system is very effective, however it will clog up if improper material is flushed. Do not flush anything other than toilet paper in the toilet. No feminine products should be flushed at anytime. If that happened and clog the septic system damages will be charged.
- Lost keys or getting locked out: $100 per key set for replacement.
