Positive: A magnificent cottage with a large outdoor area. Several spacious rooms on site. The owners are charming and do everything themselves, from growing the produce to serving it. It is possible to dine on site with homemade products. Everything is done with taste and everything is done to make the customer feel at home. It's idyllic. The proximity to Lake Garda is appreciated, 25 minutes by car to Simione. The estate has a large parking lot included in the price.

Negative: It's really perfect. A little extra would be a swimming pool, but that's in the works. We'll have to come back!!

Positive: Nice and big room with an ensuite bathroom. Hosts Christiana and Paulo were very friendly and guided us on what to see around Lake Garda and introduced a couple of excellent restaurants. Breakfast was decently homemade style, which we love.

Negative: To stay in such location, it would be inconvenient if one doesn’t drive.

Summary: Overall we are happy to stay t here and were able to make trips to interesting places around Lake Garda.

Positive: I was notified just in one hour before arriving about overbooking and suddenly suggested to stay in another location in 10 minutes to drive. That new another farmhouse was really good and I want to make them a very good review, but again this is not my original booking place. So Thanks for resolving overbooking by accommodating in another place
