Summary: Lovely property steps from the surf. Can watch the waves and surf from the deck. Convenient for family with separate upstairs and downstairs areas. Our third time to rent here. Eric is very responsive to any issues.

Summary: The location of this property is perfect but it’s looking a bit tired tbh and could do with some decorating the lights in the kitchen area flicker and the taps in the kitchen and upstairs bathroom need looking at and these things appear to be a bit dangerous

Summary: We had an amazing time! It was very accommodating for our family as everyone had their own space. The pictures/details were slightly misleading as neither couch made a bed and the only stairs connecting levels were outside. The view was perfect. The kitchen was well stocked. Would definitely rent again.

Summary: Property couldnt be any closer to the beach. In fact we dodged a hurricane! House was nice and met the needs for 6 people. The upstairs is not connected to the downstairs you have to go outside. Not that big of an issue for the view that is included. Owner was very nice and easy to deal with. Bring bug soray as the mosquitos wrre fierce in Sept. view that is included.
