Summary: Spacious property inside as well as outside the building. We loved the big garden, children could water plants, play tennis. Turquoise water is about 10 minutes driving but there is a rocky beach at 5 minutes walking distance that has a wonderful athmosphere. However, it is loud in the night. Franco himself is an excellent host despite language difficulties. He is very kind and helpful. The property is well equipped, however, one more air-con machine would increase comfort. It was 38 Celsius during the day and it did not decrease below 28 Celsius in the night. I would truly reccommed the property.

Summary: The holiday was great. The location of the house on the beach was beautiful. Beautiful sunsets every evening. Gallipoli is very nearby (15 minutes drive) where you can buy fresh fish every day. The house is fine, and the garden is well maintained. There is a large BBQ in the garden. The only downside of the house are the mosquitoes and the noise of a beachclub (Cotriero) during weekends. June is the best months to book this house. We had a great holiday and Franco (owner) was very nice and helpfull.

Summary: Mr Lacatena is a nice person, reliable answering mails and texts almost immediately. A nice house with sea view and simple tennis court max 5 min drive to one the best beaches I have visited. (Lido Pizzo) some mosquito hunting in the nights is the only bad I can think of in the house equipped with Tv, wifi wasching machine. Great region and a great place, recommended!!

Summary: We were two families who had a wonderful week in this nice house with a beutiful garden next to the see. Great beaches near the house and a small village with bakery and supermarket etc. The owner was very hospitable and helpful! We gladly go back!
