Positive: Extremely kind owners, the best breakfast we had in Japan with delicious food. They were very attentive and kind to our toddler as well and have a high chair available. Beds were very comfy. Overall it felt like an authentic experience and we loved it. I can also really recommend getting a transfer from/ to the airport through them, it was nice and smooth.
