Positive: The plus points of Hotel: 1. Very good staff. 2. Neat room 3. Hot water in wash room was available 4. Generator was available

Negative: The negatives are: 1. TV not functional. No cable or satellite channels. 2. Washroom has no soap, towel and other toiletries. (Hotel provided them when asked for) 3. No table in the room. 4. Only one Power socket was available.

Positive: My Experience with Galaxy hotel kalam was truly outstanding.The staff was extremely professional and friendly Rooms of this hotel was well maintained, spotless clean.Hot & cold water available 24/7 They also running her own restaurant (Andaaz Restaurant) they serve fresh and best desi food in whole kalam anyone who visits kalam must try their food Highly recommend for anyone visiting kalam.Next time I would definitely choose this hotel.

Mornings were a treat with a delicious breakfast to start the day, and the location couldn't have been better—just a stone's throw from all the major attractions. Highly recommend! 💕

Positive: I recently had the pleasure of staying at Swat Galaxy Hotel in Kalam, and the experience was truly outstanding. We arrived in the evening, and the next morning, the hotel provided an exceptional breakfast, completely free of cost. It was fresh, delicious, and a great way to start the day. The staff were extremely professional and friendly. Special thanks to Afzal and Hashaam — the manager, who not only acted as a great host but also stayed in touch with us during our journey to ensure our safe arrival. His guidance and support were highly appreciated. The room was well maintained, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable. Both hot and cold water were available at all times, which added to the convenience. We also had room service, which was timely and efficient. Every area of the hotel — from cleanliness to service — deserves a 10/10. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Kalam. I would definitely choose this hotel again
