Positive: Friendly staff, location is close to the tram line which is ideal for travelling the city. Also very close to the water front and Karakoy bars.

Negative: The bed was a little stiff but nothing too bad really.

Positive: My stay was fanastic, The staff was very friendly and helpful for all my questions. Location was overall create as there is a tank station right next to the building which is open 24/7. Behind the hotel there are streets full of restaurants, bars and lounges which made my stay more fun. The rooms were clean and the cleaners really listen to your wishes. I want to separately thank Salih bey (my Rizeli friend) for the help and great talks.

Negative: Everything was fine :)

Positive: Without exaggeration, one of the best hotels I've ever stayed! The location is unbeatable, the staff is super friendly and professional! It was my fiancée’s first time in Turkey and due to work I wasn’t able to meet her at the airport, Galata Hotel got her a taxi for a very reasonable price! Rare in Istanbul if you know local prices! Hotel: 10/10 Staff: 10/10 Location: 10/10 Taxi Service: 11/10
