Positive: we, family of 4, stayed in the cottage house, 3 floors, very well equiped. Lot of space, privacy and room for everyone. The pool is charming and perfect for the hot days. the house location is 2 min walk from the main area in town, bakery around corner, and very easy access to the path to Tortuga Bay. We stayed here twice, first before we went on the cruise in the Galapagos and when we got back. Special mention of Ximena, superb host, friendly and very kind. arranged the taxis for us and provide essential information for us and the family.
Summary: Perfect stay when you are in Santa Cruz. Therefore we came back

Positive: The host was wonderful -- she was warm and friendly, gave clear instructions for our arrival, provided detailed information about the town and tours, and even helped us cook the live lobster and brujo we bought! The house was clean and comfortable with ample supplies, and the courtyard with a pool was tastefully decorated. The housekeeping maintained the facilities well. It's located at the edge of town so was quiet, but it's still a short walk to most things in town.
Negative: Nothing at all.

Positive: Good location and everything needed for a family trip and fridge was stocked by the owner. Ximena was such a great hostess and super helpful with everything (even did our laundry for us when all the stores were closed on New Year’s Eve!)
Negative: Only thing I did t like was that the stair case was a hazard for young kids, so make sure you keep an eye on your little ones in this place. Other than that nothing bad to say
