Positive: We absolutely loved our stay! The apartment was spacious, comfortable, and even better than we expected. It had everything we needed and plenty of room to relax. Our host, Shiful Alam, was fantastic—very attentive, friendly, and made us feel genuinely welcome from the moment we arrived. His hospitality truly made our stay special. Highly recommended!

Positive: Mr. Shiful Alam is a wonderful host. 10/10 for hospitality, reliability and helpful nature.

Negative: The construction work that was ongoing was off putting. It was not mentioned anywhere before booking. Also payment immediately after reaching without even considering that the guest may want to freshen up first before a long trip was an inconvenience.

Summary: It was good as far as hosting is concerned but the property rules on payment can be a bit more considerate.

Positive: Everything was perfect during our stay. The room is big and cosy. The location is very good, just crossing the road there is a nice pocket beach. The staff, especially Shiful was very nice and attentive. When we arrived, we had a nice surprise, a very nice bed arrangement with flowers made by Shiful. We would definitely come back here.

Positive: Beach across the street, proximity of the supermarket, distance to Beau Vallon beach, nice hosts, comfortable twin bed, new cutlery and well equipped kitchen.

Negative: A bit outdated furniture and dark rooms at the back of the house. Appartments in front side are much nicer.

Positive: A very welcoming check-in experience with flowers and a drink. Very clean and quiet. Housekeeping was very attentive and responded to questions very quickly. Two ceiling fans and air con. Very pretty petals on the bed.

Negative: I specifically asked for single beds but was given a double. To ‘solve’ this we were brought a single mattress to put on the floor. (See photo) We had to ask for an adaptor for the microwave as it didn’t work and kitchen wasn’t very well stocked (eg no can opener).

Summary: A welcoming guesthouse but bed arrangement very poor.

Positive: I like the welcoming of the staff at the reception- there was this nice lady I forgot her name; she was caring and serve me some biscuits as I was feeling tired. Alam helped me for information about the travel bus card and he was nice throughout my stay.
