Positive: The apartment was great, good facilities. Walking distance from downtown. Although the host was on vacation, she was very helpful and responsive to any question we had.

Negative: The neighborhood is not that nice. The price was also quite high considering the neighborhood.

Positive: Very spacious and clean property, in a walking distance from the very central parts of downtown. Very quiet and comfortable for a good night’s sleep. We had everything we needed in the flat, a coffee machine with some snacks provided, and enough appliances to prepare our meals. Gaby has been a great host and the communication was quick and efficient. Price is also unbeatable for the area. I fully recommend.

Positive: Place is well renovated, with all things needed for a good stay. We appreciated the drinking water and tea and coffee provided (thanks for that). We also liked the double entrance door which provided extra safety into the house. The room was really comfy, great size and just perfect for two people. We highly recommend this stay in Toronto. It was also very easy to get there from the Pearson's airport, just by taking the train from the airport to Union Station and then a quick Uber drive to the place. Thanks again for having us.

Negative: Nothing about the apartment, the stay was great. The only inconvenient was that, while the street where the house is located was nice and very good walking distance from the city center, the route to get home in the evening (not even that late, before 10 p.m.)if we wanted to walk, was not great. Of course this is no fault of the home owners just a bit unfortunate as the apartment was a great choice. We just ended up getting an Uber at night for 10$ on average, so it was fine in the end.
