Positive: Bottled water available in the lobby. Manager loaned me a snorkel for the day. Despite the closure of many businesses in the area, there are still many good restaurants nearby. A/C and wi-fi worked well

Negative: The cats. The bathroom had just a hand held shower attachment. If left in the bracket it sprayed the room & not you. The bathroom tiles have not been laid properly and there was always a small puddle of water that didn't drain away (Room 4).

Positive: Considering the price, this place is an excellent choice. Almost everything in Saipan was nearly twice as expensive. However, the cleanliness is good, and the location is fantastic. Overall, I highly recommend it if you’re on a budget and looking for an affordable option.

Negative: The mattress could use a replacement, and the dog can be a bit annoying at times 😅
