Positive: Despite the fact that we booked the accommodation due to a car breakdown and aggressive behaviour of the previous landlord, the owners were very helpful and accommodating. They even tried to help us with a solution to repair the car. Quiet location, clean and tastefully furnished accommodation, we can only thank and recommend further!

Positive: In a lovely village, compact Gîtes with everything I needed for myself & my 3 dogs were happy too! It was within easy reach of the relatives I was visiting - an annual thing & Strasbourg.

Negative: I had no hot water in the bathroom for 4days- I thought that I hadn’t found the switch or that there was water conservation going on, but when I phoned the Philippe, it was fixed within hours - some plumbing work had been completed before I came & a tap hadn’t been reopened. I was a little annoyed when Philippe messaged me that I should have phoned earlier, but I doubt that he would have been too happy if I phoned @ 1 or 2am when I returned each night after my visiting! And I had a lot to d each day , so didn’t get around to it during the day! I would have thought that he should have checked that all was working post before I came!! Other than that minor thing, all was good! So if you have any problems, don’t wait, just phone him - you may have to try a couple of times as he is at work….

Positive: What a perfect stay. We felt so welcomed and cared for, and the apartment itself was neat and clean and cozy. This is the experience you always hope you'll have when you book a gite like this.

Negative: Weird motorcyclists zooming around on the main road at night! Nothing the hosts can do about that.
