Positive: The location on a working farm was lovely, we enjoyed watching the cows and calves in the evening, and hearing lots of birds singing. The house is spacious, well equipped and immaculate. There is a choice to bring your own sheets or pay €20 to hire them. A hot tub had been installed since we booked; we didn't have time to try it out, but it is €20/person/day. Sylvain made us very welcome and used Google translate to make sure we understood everything, and there is lots of information in the house about walking and cycling routes and other things to do. It is great for cycling as the roads are really quiet- even in July!

Negative: It would be useful to have a small sink in the toilet, instead of having to walk through to the shower room to wash hands.

Positive: Spacious modern property in quiet countryside. Lovely host, greeted with a welcome pack. Although rural it's a good place for touring the area and local towns. Lots of facilities within the cottage and decent wifi. The little cottage shown on the website is not the gite - it's the hot tub room!

Negative: A rain shower when we arrived :(
