Charm and comfort are at the rendezvous. 2 km from the beaches of Pendruc and Pouldohan, the cottage is located in a dead calm. It consists on the ground floor of a living room of 30m2 with kitchen open to the living room, a bedroom with a bed of 160X200, a bathroom with an extra flat shower, a separate toilet. On the floor a room mezzanine with 2 beds of 90X190. Outside, a south-facing terrace with a breakfast area, a large garden of 700 m2 fully fenced in the back with a wooden terrace with sunbeds and outdoor lounge.

Summary: This is a little gem of a property, exactly as described. Tastefully modernised to provide all that is needed for a comfortable base from which to explore this part of Brittany. Set in an amazingly quiet location, the only sounds we heard in a week were the singing of the birds, the large garden was Ideal for relaxing in the sun. Wonderful!
