Dans cette charmante maison, vous pourrez découvrir au Rdc une cuisine équipée ouverte sur le salon, avec une chambre de 15m2 (avec télé et penderie).
Une salle d’eau avec douche et toilettes.
En souplex une chambre parentale avec son coin salon de 35m2 (avec télé et penderie), avec salle d’eau et toilettes.
Vous bénéficiez de climatisation dans toutes les pièces.
Un espace commun extérieur ou vous pourrez profiter de repas sous le figuier, suivi de folles parties de pétanque.
Un parking privé est à votre disposition.
Et pour plus de détente un espace commun jacuzzi à votre disposition dans l'ancienne cave renovée.

Summary: Beautiful house, everything was perfect. It was clean and it was lovingly furnished.

Summary: Great property for a family of 4 or two couples. Rural location in the heart of Burgundy. With a car easy access to some of the greatest wine houses in France. We stayed for 3 nights in September as the harvesting of the vines had begun therefore some of the local wine caves were closed for harvesting but with towns like Pommard and Meursault less than a 30 minute drive away, we were never far from exceptional wine to taste and buy. Property was comfortable and clean. Only slight (small issue) was the musty smell especially in the downstairs bedroom/bathroom. A car is necessary to access local amenities and restaurants except for the local boulangerie which is easily walkable. Communication with host was easy and our questions and queries were answered quickly.
