Positive: Lovely gite with all the facilities you need to have a very comfortable and relaxing stay. The house was immaculately clean and the kitchen well appointed with all the things you need to make it feel like a home from home. Good size bedrooms and lovely kitchen/ diner space to relax in after exploring the local sites including Oudon castle, seeing views of the Loire and the local attractions in Nantes. Easy private parking and an outdoor garden space with furniture to sit and look out on the lovely view. Quiet location and a perfect place to stay for a relaxing getaway.

Positive: The hosts were very good at communicating with us and were able to sort out our one tiny problem very quickly. (The internet was not working but it was fixed really really quickly). The gite is very clean, modern, well equipped and comfy with a large garden area and small patio. It was easy to find and was a 10 minute walk in to Oudon which is a very pretty village on the banks of the Loire. Our journey to Nantes took no more than 25 minutes.

Negative: To be honest there was nothing to dislike. We were very impressed with the standard of the accommodation. If there was anything at all, it would be that some people might want to be actually in Oudon itself but it really is a short walk or 2 minutes (literally) in the car.

Summary: A superb gite close to the Loire and within easy reach of Nantes
