Positive: Spacious apartment that was comfortable and in a great location for our friend's weekend. Beds were comfy, living area and balcony were homey, and it was a short walk to many different restaurants and activities. Communication with the host was excellent. We'd be thrilled to stay here again!

Positive: The location was excellent. Quick walk to Trader Joes for supplies and some local restaurants for food. Harvard Street had some great options.

Negative: The Luxury Apartment is very nice but the Luxury is a little oversold. It's a stark clean apartment with a big sofa and a TV. Parking is a bit of a nightmare (not the owners fault). The machine for the apartment lot was broken for days so we had to find other options (no street parking overnight). So we used Spot Hero and parked in a nearby persons garage for 12 bucks a night. The apartment parking is expensive so I would do this regardless.

Positive: The apartment was very clean. Bed was comfortable.

Negative: The parking was horrible. The machine to pay and get the ticket was broken. The security thank goodness was understanding and allowed me to keep my car in the lot If he had not been nice in not sure what I would have done. There was also no parking on the street This need to be addressed

Positive: Great location and cozy place in the center of BU student campus, no breakfast was foreseen and it can be arranged for nearby.

Negative: Wi-Fi did not work on any of our devices though we used the provided login and password. Was not critical for us but still worth to mention.
