Positive: asy entrance and exit, with a simple contactless check-in and check-out process. The front door and room both use access codes that activate right at check-in time. I paid an additional $50 for early check-in so I could drop off my things and make a tour of Fenway without having to come back. It worked out perfectly. I didn’t spend much time in the immediate neighborhood, but the access to the T was excellent and made it a quick and easy trip to Fenway. I’d gladly stay here again the next time I’m in town for a Sox game.
Negative: The parking was a little expensive. I found a much cheaper spot nearby through SpotHero, so I’d recommend checking there if you’re booking far enough in advance.

Positive: The apartment building was clean and decorated nicely. The common spaces were inviting and I liked that there were board games that were available for use. The apartment was spacious and clean. We liked having a kitchenette in the case we had lefotovers to warm up or wanted to use the microwave to make something. The bed was comfortable. The location was great. It is a safe neighborhood. Everything you need is within walking distance. The train station is just around the corner. There are many local eateries - bakeries, coffee shops, diners, pubs, bagelries offering a variety of cuisines including American and international options including Asian, Italian, Latin American, Kosher, and Indian. There’s even a vegetarian burger place. Trader Joe’s just a few blocks away if you want to prepare something easy from the apartment. There’s a hardware store a few blocks away, a movie house, butcher, shoe store…most everything you need just within the neighborhood.
Negative: The towels provided in the bathroom are small. The largest towel isnt a large bath towel. There are no bath rugs in the bathroom. We used one of the guest towels as a shower rug so we would not trail water from the shower onto the tile. The sofa is uncomfortable. The arm rests are stiff and pointy. The seat leans forward so you feel like you are slipping off the sofa. I was afraid that the sofa was going to cave into the trundle bed that was beneath it.

Positive: Clean! Bathroom is very spacious and nice-love the seperate heating system inside.
Negative: Very noisy throughout the nights… had no idea that the Marrion street would have so much traffic…

Positive: Suite # 38 very nice ( as pictured) , after 4 nights I wanted to extend, but that particular room was reserved so I was moved to #12. It was fine and I was just happy to not have to switch hotels. But this room, although fine, was a little smaller and there was no electricity in 6 outlets, I called maintenance and they came quickly. And 1 thermostat was not working so they replaced batteries in a timely manner. Got an extra blanket in 15 minutes. They were great on their responses, though sometimes the phones weren’t answered after 3 trys, but overall I would stay there again (#38 !!) if they will have me after this review.
