Summary: Overall what a great place and would love to stay again. However, we found we couldn't spend much time outside b/c of debris from the neighbors construction. After sitting out there for an hour, our clothes were extremely dirty. Also, it would be nice to have the option for a pool heater. Having a pack and play was awesome for us. Overall really nice place just a bummer we couldn't really use the back pool/covered area due to debris. We actually hosed down all of the patio and continued to get really bad.

Summary: We stayed to attend a wedding at Kimpton. It could not have been more perfect. A short walk to the beach lots of places to eat or grab coffee. Lots of shopping. The house had more than one would expect. Lots of towels, high end appliances and incredibly comfortable beds. Pool was awesome. Lots of space and very clean.
