Summary: House was beautiful and we had a great celebration. The only issue we had was the frezzer upstairs is broken and the hot water had a bad smell. But I reached out to the owner so she would know.Perfect place for a Christmas celebration.

Summary: The house was perfect for our needs: 15 minutes from Ann Arbor and roomy enough for 12 people. To be honest it was not as clean as I'd hoped — the floors didn't seem like they'd been washed, there were rings on the coffee table, etc. — and some aspects of the house definitely need updating. The deck, in particular, needs to be fixed. There were wooden slats coming apart, which didn't feel safe for the little kids using the slide. That said, the welcome cookies were a nice touch :)

Summary: We stayed here as a group of 11 (6 adults and 5 kids between 5-10) and we all had a great time. The property is beautiful and there is plenty of space to spread out. There were endless options for the kids to play both indoors and outdoors and feeding the fish in the pond was a favorite for my youngest. The cookies when we arrived were a wonderful surprise - thank you! We would stay here again :)
