Summary: Everything about the house was more than good for everyone there. Lots of things to do at the house, something fir everyone.

Summary: When we arrived in Miami airport we received a phone call and were told that the rental we had contracted with VRBO was not available. We were told only a few hours before we were scheduled to occupy the home. After a few text messages and phone calls we were send to a second rental property. The original property was a seven bedroom, 3 bath home. The second rental was a three bedroom, two bath. That was not the worst, it was in a very bad neighborhood that was in terrible disarray. We called the number and spoke to the agent who said they would try to find a different residence. At this time we were not very confident that our agreed to needs would be met. We called the national VRBO number and spoke to representative that was very helpful . She was able to get the original person on the phone and explained to her that she needed to rectify the situation and provide a credit for the issues we were experiencing. After a period of time we received an address of a third residence that was 45 minutes from the second residence in traffic. We were told that the third residence may be the only they could find that would meet our needs of at least 4 bedrooms and at least 3 full baths. When we finally arrived at the third residence, we were happy with that residence. We discussed with the VRBO representative that we still expected a credit for the run around we were given. We are still waiting for feedback concerning our issues.
