Summary: This house and location were perfect for my family of 4! The teenagers enjoyed the pool table, and my husband and I enjoyed the patio. It was close to the marina, restaurants, brewery and winery that we like to visit when we’re in Spicewood. We had air conditioning issues on our last night, but the host was quick to respond. She couldn’t correct the issue that night because it was so late, but she offered a partial refund which shows her commitment to providing outstanding service. I’m still waiting on the partial refund, but I trust I will see it soon. I definitely recommend this beautiful house for your stay in Spicewood!

Summary: Great property with beautiful views. Pool table was fun for the family. Had a problem with toilet and well that made it a little more difficult but the communication was good. Once the problem was addressed it was wonderful. I do recommend this place as a nice getaway.

Summary: We loved everything about this house! It was absolutely perfect for our family of 4 on our short trip to Austin. Nice views, stocked kitchen and bathrooms, comfy beds, cool living room & open kitchen area, pool table, hot hub AND Matthew McConaughey! What more could you ask for?!

Summary: The location was perfect for my sons and I. The property was comfortable and quiet. I would not recommend for a large group but 1-5 would be okay only due to limited seating in the family room. Very nice interior with a nice view and the hosts were pleasant to work with.
