Summary: The house was perfect for our family of 19. We had kids ranging from 3-14 and everyone had a bed. The property was very clean and we were all very comfortable. The location was great. We walked across to the beach and even saw a rocket launch! Kids loved fishing off the dock and the communication with the property management was easy. The only trouble I had was opening the links for the forms we needed to fill out and the guide book. But we figured it out. Definitely enjoyed our stay and highly recommend it.

Summary: Stayed with 6 adults, 6 children, Pool, Hot Tub and dock to fish from kept the kids happy and busy. Excellent home to stay. Great communication with property manager. Very enjoyable

Summary: Very nice house on the Banana river with plenty of room for large families or groups. The hot tub and pool area are very nice and the deck area on the river is a nice place to relax. Communication with the property manager was very good.Beach access is close by as well. We would definitely consider staying here again.
