Located in the Park Palms complex in Palm Desert, this condo was fully renovated in summer of 2017 and all new furniture was bought. 2 bedrooms 2 bath with private courtyard and separate large patio area. 2nd bedroom has desk and can be used as office but also has brand new comfy pull out couch. Close to golf and only minutes to El Paseo. Complex has 3 pools (one close by), tennis and pickleball courts, and a gym. Condo has 55" flat screen TV with 125 digital channels. Second TV in den. Internet and WiFi included. New washer and dryer. Wine and beer fridges. Two bikes with helmets. Ralph's, Albertson’s, Rite Aid, and Starbucks only a few minutes away. Centrally located with easy access to Indian Wells tennis or Coachella festival. Nice gated community with active social calendar including happy hours at the Clubhouse. No smoking. No pets. 2 car garage

Summary: This home worked great as a work from “home” location for my wife and I while we escaped winter weather in the Midwest. The desk in the second bedroom and the high-speed internet were excellent! The condo is nicely decorated and very comfortable so it’s much, much more than just a remote work location. The community grounds are beautifully landscaped and maintained. And we used the tennis courts with the racquets provided at the condo. Robyn was incredibly responsive and provided everything we needed. We wouldn’t hesitate to rent this property again.
