Summary: This is our third time staying at this house and we absolutely love it. The location is second to none and the outdoor space is a dream. The views from the pool cannot be beat, the access to the hiking trails is literally right at the bottom of the street and the house is so pleasant you don’t want to leave but if you do there is great shopping and restaurants a very short drive away. Yet another wonderful and relaxing vacation at this house for our very satisfied family.

Summary: "It is truly hard to put into words how perfect this home was for my sister's bachelorette, and how seamless the host made our stay. If you are hesitating at all, book now, you will not regret it! The home is exactly as pictured, if not better in real life. Jen and her team were impeccable hosts, always responsive and were so thoughtful, even leaving crumbl cookies for the bride at check in. If I had any concerns or questions, they were addressed within minutes, no matter the time of day. The property is private and safe but close to a Target and shopping center so it was truly the best of both worlds. We opted to hire the private chef one night and enjoyed an amazing dinner under the stars. This trip will be one we will always remember and we are grateful to this team for making it so perfect!"

Summary: "The house is incredibly luxurious. There were a couple bugs with the Sonos sound system and with the front gate but the company was sent out to fix the errors in good time. Overall had a very good experience and appreciated how communicative the team was. The house and backyard are gorgeous and close to restaurants grocery stores and about 35 min from downtown Palm Springs."

Summary: This was our group's second time staying at Base Camp, and we were so happy to come back. The tranquil vibe captured the essence of our retreat weekend. All the rooms are well designed and kept, and the little details, like the welcome Crumbl cookies, were such a nice touch. The house is stocked with most everything that you need, so there was nothing to worry about. Our team can't wait to come back next year!

Summary: "Great house for a big group. We were 4 families and the house never felt crowded. The casita rooms are in the garage conversion so that's something to be aware of. They felt a little removed and not as chic as the rest of the house. We stuck some of the older kids in there. The kitchen has literally everything you could ever need in terms of equipment and it was a pleasure to cook meals in. We also loved the outdoor grill. The neighborhood has a strict noise policy so this is not the house to come to if you plan on playing music past 9pm but we appreciated the quiet. The location is wonderful. It's within easy driving distance from shops and restaurants but feels remote once you're on the property."

Summary: "The property is absolutely gorgeous and extremely private. It's a wonderful location, with a beautiful and close view of the mountains. We had a wonderful time. The host is very responsive. The pools are beautiful, the fire pit was cozy, we had fun grilling dinner in the back yard and even the hammocks were a great way to unwind. Two minor things to be aware of: to get there, you drive for a (very) short distance onto a dirt road. We thought we had to be going the wrong way, but we weren't (Jen's directions are clear on this). The house is that private! Also, since the house is quite close to the mountains, the sun drops behind the mountains earlier in the day. We visited around Christmas and the sun was behind the mountains by around 3:30pm which made us a bit chillier outdoors. As the days get longer, that would be different and it'd even be an advantage in the summer months. Overall, we had a great time as a family and would love to do it again."

Summary: "We had a fantastic stay at this property as a group of 10. The yard is beautiful and secluded. There is lots to do around the property and the beach volleyball court was a hit. We loved the mountain hikes that are right off the property. The hosts were very responsive and we were able to sort out anything we needed. The property is in an excellent location very close to lots of shopping. We would stay here again, and we highly recommend this property to others."
