Summary: WE were not able to arrive until very late, I was communicated with and they even went to house to turn the porch lights on for us. The house was warm and inviting, Flexibility for check in and check out made the stay even better, Felt like we were working with family not a rental. I highly recommend this site.

Summary: We had our best VRBO experience ever when renting with David. We needed a place for a 2-week visit. He went above and beyond to make sure our experience was top notch. I even had the opportunity to meet him, and he is a really nice guy. He gave us pointers on the area and directed us to the best spots. The place is extremely clean and has lots of room for everyone. The neighborhood is safe and quiet. It is located conveniently to restaurants, grocery stores, shopping and the IAH airport. We will definitely be staying with David again on our next trip to Houston.

The house is set up for people to stay with minimal amenities. Cooking/baking for holiday meal required additional purchases. The laundry room had a unique smell (water/pet) although pets are not allowed.
