Summary: We had a family event in town that we needed a place for 6 of us to stay comfortably and relax when there. This place was great, it had plenty of entertaining space and comfortable seating.When checking in, the window unit in one room wasn't working but they were very responsive and put in a new one the next day. Probably would have done it that night, but with 4 bedrooms, we were able to make due for a night.Quaint place and would stay again. One minor annoyance is the shared driveway and tight parking, but there's not much that can be done about that. If you have a big vehicle, probably best to plan on parking in the street.Great property manager too.

Summary: Actual house was nice and clean and as advertised. However, instructions to check in and enter home very unclear and codes provided to unlock doors were flat out incorrect. Had to call property manager to get a totally different code, and it was also revealed that they double booked the property which is really uncool. My group got it as we were there first but another group got screwed.

Summary: Kitchen was very well equipped with dishes, glasses, mugs, pots and pans. Major appliances were brand new. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and feeding the koi in the little pond.

Summary: My brothers and I stayed here while visiting for a family event. The house is well appointed. Liked the labeling on all the kitchen doors and cabinets. We used the nice coffee/tea station in the house every morning Location is in a safe and active community. Plenty of nice restaurants nearby. Easy walking distance to the Country Club Plaza. Nice hiking path a few blocks from the house. Would book again.

Summary: This is the best equipped VRBO house I have stayed at. Even if you don’t know you need something, it was there. Very clean and comfortable. Very safe and quiet neighborhood. Great option for restaurants nearby. We ate at Red Door Woodfired Grill; great menu and food was awesome. There was a grocery store right across the street. I would highly recommend this house.
