Positive: Apart from the location & simple yet very neat facility, the caretaker Mr Ram Verma was always there for you with smile & helpful. Recommend everyone to visit.

Negative: Cupboards & small centre table if provided wud be better. Further, a restaurant wud be superb if started

Positive: Stayed here for a night during my car drive trip to Junnar (Shivneri and Lenyadri) along with my pet: 1. If you have your own vehicle this location is very good, about 3 km from Junnar Bus stand. Lot of open space within the property and outside, good view of the country side 2. Pet freindly, they allowed pet inside room. 3. They have a kitchen, but due to ongoing rennovation it was not fuctional 4. The caretakerVarma was co-operative 5. Ample car parking. 6. Proxilty to Shivneri fort and the Lenyadri and Ozar Ganapati Temples

Negative: 1. Rooms are small size, bathroom is very small 2. No internet/TV 3. Location could be difficult to find, as its on a small road in the outskirts of Junnar town 4. Price is bit on a higher side.

Summary: Overall a good place to stay if you have yor own vehicle, and also want to accomodate your pet.
