Positive: Wonderful experience! The apartment is cosy, quiet and clean. Everything has been thought out to the last detail, especially if you travel with kids - you can find there kids chairs, tableware and changing table for babies. Even the dog bed is provided. The fireplace is wonderful, and the nature and the neighbourhood are peaceful. And the host was so nice! Totally recommend this place!

Negative: The dog bed (which was provided by the apartment owner) had such a strong dog smell so we decided not to use it. Maybe it needs washing. A little bit far from Winterberg and it’s not easy to get there by public transport. But if you have a car, it’s not a problem at all.

Positive: It’s a lovely apartment with everything you need, and everything was spotless. Communication with the host was fast and friendly. Quiet neighborhood with free parking right at the front door. A nice terrace with bbq and a fireplace in the living room. And a great place for dogs - the provided XXL doggie bed was loved by our dogs.

Negative: Sadly the bed is extremely uncomfortable and caused us two sleepless nights. The bed is small, but the real problem is the top mattress which forms a bit of a bowl shape when you lay on it, forcing you towards the middle. We honestly barely slept. The couch is also extremely uncomfortable, but luckily the seats were much better so it wasn’t a big problem. Lastly, you can clearly hear everything the upstairs neighbors are doing, so better bring earplugs.

Summary: Sadly let down by an extremely uncomfortable bed

Positive: It's a super stay. Lovely beds, spacious all set up, cosy fireplace, good kitchen and everything you should need. Easy contact and very helpful contact person. I can recommend it to anyone.
