Summary: Great stay. The only thing we were concerned about was being too loud. I didn’t want to get in trouble. And there is a business downstairs. But the location was perfect for what we needed. The neighborhood was rough, but it was close to our son’s hospital. And exactly what we needed in the end.

Summary: I will start out by saying that we had a great time at the property and it was very nice. The electronic door lock was a great feature, especially considering you could use an appt to unlock it. I didn’t punch the code in to open it at all and I think my husband did a couple times. It’s super convenient. The little outside porch area of this place was great to use when we were actually at the property! Loved it! I will say the few drawbacks we had were that many people from the neighboring apartment building would come park in the lot and there were also a lot of people that would just come and sit in the lot for a while and then leave. It was super odd and also made us worry a bit for our car- not getting broken into as much as getting hit. There is also a suuuuper ugly/run-down looking apartment building as the view off the porch. It was pretty quiet over there so besides the eye sore, we didn’t have any issues. We felt quite safe on the property and in the neighborhood- it’s not perfect but no place is. We did walk to Magnolia Ave for food several times and even did in the evening and didn’t feel like it was scary or dangerous.The owner was great and responded to my messages prior to our trip quickly. AC worked great. The natural light in the unit was amazing! Washer/dryer clean and nice!
