Positive: the view is spectacular, fully equipped kitchen, private parking, terrace.

Negative: the property has 2 bedrooms but not auitable for families with children. the one bedroom is outside on rhe lower floor, has door only with moskito net. you can use the sofabed but this is not very comfortable… Also to get to the location you have to go up many stairs. with luggage it is a bit of a challenge

Positive: The excellent view from the terrace.. The efficient reverse cycle air conditioners. Well equipped.

Negative: The access to the property. It was not made clear on the Booking page that there is no vehicle access to the property. The cases had to be carried up many steps. Luckily we were travelling wirh a younger, stronger couple. There should be a rubric warning potential customers.

Positive: Friendly host , good communication . The best view , amazing location , beach just 3 min down , nice marina close by with a café bar. Ample storage, great decor , plenty clean cushions , great sitting area outside -lovely table- and inside. Necessary facilities available. Quality aircon . Kitchen well equipped.

Negative: Taps , floor , shelves and outside sitting patio floor had to clean myself . Bed backrest needs a wash -had to remove, bathroom shower cabins need serious upgrade . Broken shower heads were replaced within 3 days of our stay . Garden needs maintenance, surroundings a bit unkempt and pots of dead or dying plants left outside. Difficult access to washing machine. Maintenance team need supervision.
