Make enquires now! Ideal for groups, Frogspark is a comfy home away from home set in a peaceful valley only 5 km from Oberon, and a short drive from Katoomba, Bathurst and Jenolan Caves. Its passive solar design provides plenty of sunny spots to sit and great views over the dam and paddocks.
Set on eight private acres between pine forests and the historic Oberon-Tarana rail trail, Frogspark has five bedrooms- two with a queen bed, one with a double bed, one with a double bed and single, and one with a double and a single with a trundle. In addition there are seven comfortable convertible beds in living areas all with linen, 4 in a room that can convert to an 6th bedroom.
With a homey, relaxed atmosphere and beautiful grounds complete with kangaroos and dams full of waterbirds, Frogspark provides the ideal getaway where you can do as much or as little as you please.
Upstairs includes a fully equipped gourmet kitchen, separate shower, toilet and basin, a private bathroom with a luxury spa, laundry with drier and two bedrooms, both opening onto decks. A large sunny living area with a beautiful outlook includes a fourteen seater dining table and daybed and leads to a cosy sitting room with comfy lounges, books, magazines, board games, DVDs and TV.
Downstairs are three more bedrooms, a three way bathroom and expansive games room complete with pool table, darts, DVD, bar with sink and large comfy lounges.

Along the Oberon / Tarana rail trail, town is an easy 20 minute cycle away. Adult mountain bikes are provided for guest use by arrangment. With plenty of room to run around on the property, children are very welcome but care must be taken near dams.

Frogspark provides comfort whilst being kind to the environment. The home's passive solar design provides warmth and sunlight as well as beautiful views whilst the back to grid solar array, solar hot water system and rainwater supply further reduce its carbon footprint. Care is taken in provisioning and cleaning to avoid harsh chemicals and local products are used wherever possible.
We have been rewarded in turn with an abundance of wildlife including kangaroos, water birds and importantly at least 5 species of frogs indicating that Frogspark is indeed treading lightly!

At 1100m above sea level, Frogspark enjoys daffodils and blossom in Spring, mild Summers, Colourful Autumn leaves and occasional snow in winter. Frogspark surroundings are ideal for exercise, you can wander the adjoining forests trails or cycle along our quiet road or into town along the cycleway. The grounds are ideal for you to share with your children with plenty of room to run around, a large comercial playground, and a dam to explore and bike hire is available for guests.
Inside, Frogspark provides warmth and comfort with underfloor heating, electric blankets, cosy lounges, a gourmet kitchen for cooking up a storm and a giant table to gather around. Books, DVDs, CDs, magazines and games as well as a pool table and darts provide entertainment whatever the weather outside.

Summary: The property is set on a majestic bit of land which you could honestly spend your whole stay at just discovering what is around you. The property itself is more than adequate and had great communal spaces for us to all come together.

Summary: We stayed for two nights with a group of 10 and found the house to be very spacious. The location and grounds were very pleasant, we had abundant bird sightings and even spotted a few kangaroos in the distance. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and found this location to be a lovely getaway from the city.

Summary: Frogspark was a great place with enough space and amenities for everyone to relax and do their own thing. Set up and facilities was well set out - especially the large kitchen to cater for all and communal dinners. House was relatively close to town.

Summary: Frogspark was the perfect location for our family to meet from Sydney and Victoria for a weekend away! Sharon is a fabulous host- communication is easy and she is extremely helpful- even searching for a watch we left behind and sending it back to us! Highly reccomend a stay at Frogspark. 10/10

Summary: We recently stayed at Frogspark for our sons wedding. The accommodation was everything we hoped for, absolutely perfect and slept 14 adults comfortably. It was clean, catered for everything with plenty of room for everyone. We had the best time and will definitely be booking a family get together again so we have more time to enjoy everything Frogspark has to offer.

Summary: The place was wonderful and stocked with amenities and things to do. The kitchen was large and well stocked, and the family areas were spacious yet cozy. Many things to do around too like biking and chilling around the pond. My friend’s car got bogged on the way to the home, and Glenn, Charlie and Sharon were wonderful enough to help get us out. Proper life savers! The home and the hospitality was just top notch. We all love the place and would definitely come back some time in the future. I highly recommend visiting Frogs Park with family and friends!

Summary: We had 3 families of 4 staying and there was plenty of room. We came after recent rains so the area was a little boggy. Kids enjoyed seeing the ducks and we spotted a pair of Roos. Place has high chairs and cots for use. Internet was patchy.
