Summary: We absolutely loved this property!! It was exactly like the pictures plenty of space to spread out and not be on top of each other! It was a short drive to the beach and close enough to everything such as shops. We all enjoyed the pool and loved sitting at the big table playing cards at the end of every night! We would definitely recommend this property and would stay here again!!

Summary: First off, this house is beautiful. During our stay we had 9 adults and 1 teen. Two adults stayed in the game room and everyone else was doubled up in the bedrooms. The two master bedrooms are very large. The pool is much bigger than it appears in pictures and was the star of the show. The dining table sat 10 so it was perfect for family dinners and a universal meeting spot. The patio was also winner. As for location, the house does sit behind a boys & girls club so of course you hear children playing, yelling, and whistles blowing but this wax only heard while outside and wasn’t disruptive. The house is close to so many gas stations, stores, and restaurants. There is actually a mini golf course 5 minutes away. We were also centrally located in the town from Tampa and Venice. We visited a different beach each day, they were all absolutely stunning. The closest beach is literally 15 minutes away. We did have some issues that came up firming our stay but let me preface this by saying the the owner/management team were doing EVERYTHING they could. They responded so quickly, I never had to wait to hear back. There was initially an issue with the AC they had a contractor out and two days later were replacing the whole AC. The internet went down, the cable company out the next day. Neither issues were resolved 100% by the time we left, but it wasn’t for lack of trying. The owner and property manager truly want you to have the best possible stay. I highly recommend this location.

Summary: Great property with lots of space. the pool area and covered patio we very nice and needed. There is lots of sun on the back yard. There was very fast communications with the owner. I would return for sure.

Summary: Property manager was great, and did a good job looking after us. Everything was in good shape. We appreciated the space inside and out. Quiet neighborhood. Note that the renter is to provide propane for the BBQ.

Summary: We had a great time here! Wonderful place & lots of space for all 7 of us! The bedrooms were perfect! The kids loved the game room & the pool. The pool was cold but the kids didn’t mind. There were plenty of kitchen dishes & utensils. We grilled & it was great. We definitely would stay here again!
