Positive: Excellent stylish property with a lot of features and around 5 minute walk from beach.
Negative: Ideally mattress could be renewed in bedroom as on left side was a dip in mattress and as I’m a side sleeper could feel it. However I could manage to get good sleep.

Positive: Our family was pleased to stay at this lovelly place, all you need for a calm week close to the Baltic sea. The apartmet was great (clean, many things you need during the stay) owner was extremelly friendly, the hudge yard awesome, no noise, no parties, just sea in the wasling distance. Jurmala's center is some 5-10min driving. Will definatelly come back!
Negative: All was beyond our expectations.
Summary: Calm cosy and 5mins walk to the beach!!!

Positive: Location - very close to the sea. Very quite place. Best bed mattress I used in all my traveling in many years. Also amazing to sit in a terrace and watch different bird species that come to garden. Loved it. Also hosts provided all you need for a stay and even extra. For example big umbrellas, badminton kit, cardio machines and other.
Negative: Wifi. Very poor connection. I had to work remotely, so I used my mobile network and my expenses while being abroad. Asked host to fix wifi router twice, but I was ignored by saying "it worked before". Not nice. Also tv showing nothing, no local shows, no any streaming service. I did not need TV, but just so you know.
Summary: I would go for 10/10, but ignoring for wifi - I must give only 8/10

Positive: The appartment is spacious, cozy and comfortable. Has small emanates: coffee maker, coffee, stove top shampoo, shower gel etc. (Though microwave and/or oven would be a great addition). Comfortable beds. Spacious bathroom with good water pressure. Hosts speaks russian and english - multiple ways of communicating. Everything was great. Would reccommend.
