Positive: Location is absolutely great ! Property is spacious and comfortable with 2 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms. System to collect the keys is perfect ! Property has good vibes.

Negative: The property could use a little love & care : little things could be fixed (couple of broken bulbs, lick of paint, etcetera ...), but no dramas, and we didn't want to annoy the owner over it.

Positive: Location of the flat was good. 2 different bathroom is another good thing about the flat.

Negative: The flat was not clean at all. There were many insects and spiders inside the flat ( i took photos some of them). Some stuff like toilet paper, towel paper were not enough for our stay. There was no liquid for washing the dishes and washing the clothes. There were only 2dishwasher tablets for 5 days. Ground was quite dirty (i took photos of dirty floor). Bed sheets were clean but still there were too many old dirts since they are old. Washing them was not enough to clean them completely. We requested early check-in, and at least we wanted to put our luggages and house owner sent us a message that they will inform us as soon as possible. But they did not inform us about anything at all.

Summary: The Flat is not Worth the Price

Positive: Location was superb, nice restaurants nearby and old town within walking distance too. We had a wonderful spa day at a hotel within 3 minutes walk (just around the corner..). Warsaw is a great city with SO good food and service all around!

Positive: Rooms were large and there was a washing machine. The apartment was a five minute walk from the edge of the old town. The downstairs bathroom was large and well-lit. There were two small grocery stores within a few minute's walk. Overall value was good.

Negative: The apartment was pretty dirty, as if it wasn't cleaned after the previous guests. There were crumbs under the kitchen table, random hairs in both bathrooms, and the downstairs bathroom sink and countertop were dirty. There were dead flies in the windowsills and a live spider in the closet. Overall the facility wasn't in great shape - there were a few holes in the walls, plus a broken TV and box collecting dust in the corner. The sheets in the downstairs bedroom were stained. There wasn't enough toilet paper, but we didn't bother contacting the host about this or the cleanliness issue. Although the lack of cleanliness was troublesome, we thoroughly enjoyed visiting Warsaw. Just know what you may be getting into before booking. We arrived after dark which made locating and opening the lock box a bit more challenging (that's on us). Keep in mind that if you have large luggage, you'll be bringing it up 3 flights of stairs, plus either up/down a spiral staircase to the bedrooms once you're in the apartment.

Summary: Filthy accommodation in a good location.
