Positive: A lovely resprt surrounded by nature. The balinese style design is beautiful, giving the whole place a calm and authentic resort feel. A great place to escape from the city.

Negative: The cleanliness and maintenance were very poor. The TV area and room were extremely dusty, with spider webs everywhere. The furniture was moldy, fans were not cleaned, and I even had to vacuum the room myself. The kitchen was dirty and not swept, making me uncomfortable using the fridge. The bathroom was unclean, with rubbish hidden near the walls, a faulty tap, and a clogged bathtub drain. The BBQ area and clay oven were also very dirty. Overall, the property was poorly maintained, and the caretaker did not do a good job. I would not recommend the chalet units as they are more rundown and located downhill.
