Positive: Location was in the central to attractions, cafes, grocery stores, trains, ferries etc. Walking distance to most things. Property had private secure parking and gates needed a fob for entry. So as a visitor felt safe to some extent in an unfamiliar environment. Would stay there again!

Negative: Only negative was the voices that carried up to our room (4th floor) from the streets. Particularly when they were yelling and screaming at each other!

Summary: Liked the location and security of the property, good size and presented clean and neat.

Positive: Location was great. Comfortable for working.

Negative: No coffee machine and ground coffee for the plunger coffee was stale. No free to air TV and streaming constantly buffered or dropped out constantly. Noisy - from street level and from other apartments.

Negative: There was no toilet paper when we arrived and we had to buy some, the sink was not draining very well and the deadlock in the front door was unsecured.
