Beautiful two bedroom Sullivan's Island vacation rental, located beachfront Sullivan's Island vacation rental on historic Sullivan's Island.
This Sullivan's Island vacation rental is a beautifully decorated with charm and comfort to match the 100+ year old home. The home is directly beside Fort Moultrie and has views of Ft. Sumter, the historic church steeples of Charleston and all surrounding islands. At night, you can enjoy the lights of the new Cooper River Bridge and the Sullivan's Island light house. Dolphins are usually at play out front and you can see them swimming in the ocean.
This is the best view in Charleston.
Sunsets are amazing and you will be breath taken by the view from this home. Sunsets are spectacular, which you can view from the front porch or the chairs by the sea at this Sullivan's Island vacation rental. This is a dream location!! Rates are based on weekly occupancy and monthly rates are also available. Summer months and holiday weeks are booking, so please call for reservations and more information. Three night rental are also available, just email the owner.
If you have seen the movie 'Dear John' then you have seen the sunsets and view of the moon from our porch. The green beach house that was used in filming is located next door. Hollywood was very lucky to have found such a beautiful place to film!

Summary: Pros: close to the beach, more private area, host responds quickly, the floor was very clean, has a psck and play, baby seat, and some toys for kidsCons: No blinds over kitchen sink-can see into window if the house behind the apartment, back door blinds are ripped and dont work- we hung a towel over the door for our stay, knobs missing on dresser in the room with the balcony, a screw is missing on the door handle to the balcony- itll likely easily come off, the balcony has no furniture except a table, the mosquito netting around the balcony is coming off- not just a little, but feet of it coming off, the bed side table has the whole bottom coming out, the bed also sinks to the left- i think the bed frame may be broken, top of fridge and bedroom furniture had quite a bit of dust, there was also laundry in the dryer that had to be folded so we could do the laundry for the cleaners, the armoire in the living room is crammed full of unfolded linens and we couldnt get the door to stay shut, finally dead flowers on the front porch in a vase.Overall: i think these issues could easily be fixed with a handyman. It's just a little disappointing for the price to walk into so many things that would be a simple fix. It is a nice area though and more affordable than other places on the island. A little TLC could take this a long way.

Summary: Perfect location right on what seems to be a popular beach. Beautiful town with lots to do, even if is super congested on the weekends. Cool historic locations nearby. Hosts were great and very clear with communications. Unit is in a historic 4 plex with reserved parking. Was very old with character but clean and had all the amenities you needed for your stay.

Summary: Amazing location, right on the beach and incredible views of Ft Sumter and the harbor. The property is full of character - and history - with an updated bathroom and sink. If you are willing to forgo shiny and new you will be rewarded with an outstanding experience right next to Fort Moutrie on the quiet end of the island. We rented bikes and enjoyed the neighborhood and nature trails nearby. We would definitely rent this property again and appreciate the great communication and amenities.

Summary: Such a great beach cottage. Beds were really comfortable, there were plenty of glasses, plates and cooking needs in the kitchen, the view and accessibility to the beach were Fabulous. Heather was so helpful and easy to talk to. Looking forward to going back!
