The Frederick Lee Lakehouse was built as our family vacation home on Priest Lake in 2012. It is conveniently located within walking distance to Coolin.
It offers 3 levels, featuring 4 cozy bedrooms, 3 1/2 bathrooms and an outdoor shower. This home can easily accommodate 2 families. MAX 11 people.
Enjoy the use of a custom kitchen with a separate beverage center, a large under-counter ice maker and an additional full size fridge.
You will notice high-end custom finishes throughout the house.
There is a downstairs entertainment/games room which makes it easy to entertain.
Best of all, enjoy the spacious west facing deck for dining and watching the amazing Priest Lake sunsets.
This lakefront home is situated on a banked waterfront, which offers a large dock for lounging and water play and a new Sunstream hydraulic boat lift.
For smaller children, there is a small sandy beach and a nice shallow swim area to play around in.
* Stairs and high rock walls may not be suitable for toddlers.

Summary: The property is in a great location. Close to Coolin for coffee or groceries. The beach/water is very shallow which was nice for the twin girls. It's a great property to make wonderful memories.

Summary: My husband and I travel a lot. We own a travel adventure company and we’ve rented villas, hotels and resorts worldwide. Our week at the lake is always special because it’s not about work, it’s about family, our kids and their friends. We cherish the chance to slow down and unplug. This house was perfection and just what we needed. To start, the owner is lovely, very attentive and kind. Every exchange was pleasant and we always felt welcome. The home is well appointed, very clean and extremely comfortable. Located within walking distance to town, with stunning sunsets and a zen like view of the lake. We can’t wait to return. This one is a 10 out of 10.

Summary: The home was very nice and close to the lake. But we could not even enjoy it for much of the day. It was so hot that we had 3 of our party leave early. The only reason the rest of us stayed was because we could not change our flight back home with a significant charge. For as much as we paid you would think every possible option would be thought of. Very disappointing vacation.

Summary: This was an exceptional place to stay. Very clean, with all the amenities necessary for a wonderful vacation. This lake house was well furnished and well equipped. The guest information was detailed and the owners were easy to contact. We would stay here again and recommend it to our friends and family.

Summary: This home on Priest Lake is very nice. The kitchen amenities are extraordinary. Every appliance and gadget you could ever need including a wine/beverage cooler. The house is well built, pristine and has plenty of bathrooms. There is a small beach for small children and a great dock. Coolin is shallow so diving off of the dock is a big no-no. We could stand in the water off the end of the dock. The good news is it makes the water very pleasant and not nearly as cold as the deeper parts of the lake. We had no problems trying up our boat and water sports were just great for the kids and adults. The owners were very responsive and made sure all of our needs were taken care of. We had a great time.

Summary: The house is very nice. The location is great; close to Coolin but not so close as to have a bunch of traffic. The house is not so close to the road that you hear any noise or get much dust. The view is tremendous. It would be nice to have air conditioning but it was very hot the week we were there and it was not bad inside. There is air conditioning in one upstairs bedroom. There is a small sandy beach and a nice dock. You can't go wrong spending a week here at Priest Lake.
