Positive: Nice spacious bedrooms, everything was in good working order. Beautiful country surroundings, but things like restaurants/supermarket were only a short drive away. Property manager responded to queries quickly via the booking.com app. Good value for money.

Negative: A very minor point - we arrived at night and it was a little difficult to find the place as the signage was hard to see in the dark. If something could be done to increase the visibility of the signage that would be great.

Positive: Great location, spacious, fab setting. If a couple of things improved would be a 10 Great pool.

Negative: Oven was filthy Limited kitchen utensils - no spatula or wooden spoon We were a group of 6 adults. Not enough seating in the lounge for all of us. Was a shame as plenty of space. TV didn’t go, remote wasn’t tuned in to tv so couldn’t get working. Not a big deal but annoying No extra bedding and duvets were quite thin. None of these things is a big deal and are just niggly, but all together did colour our stay. If these things sorted I would rate it 10/10

Summary: Great location and great house, A few things we found annoying but if these are sorted it would be a 10.

Positive: Well suited for family especially for our furbaby with the gated section. The pool was the bonus! Our teens enjoyed it! Communication with Ann was efficient. It’s secluded but has a Four square & petrol station up the road which helped.

Negative: That we couldn’t stay longer lol the property was already booked out, which is understandable.

Summary: An enjoyable family holiday for the books , have already re-booked for later this year.

Positive: The pool and how close it was to spookers Showers were amazing!!

Negative: The beds were all hard and uncomfortable. The pool was full of leaves and dirt on bottom. Bbq was dirty!! Tried to phone the number and no one picked up. No one told has we had a dog or people staying right beside us. Missing cutlery, Ants were a problem .!!
