Positive: The Francis has just had a re-turn and they have done a super job. Lovely comfortable rooms, beautiful bar area and very central - with parking.

Positive: Great location. Nicely decorated, lovely room, comfortable bed

Negative: Being told that the bar was open to residents until 3am or all night (depending upon who was telling us) but before midnight staff were cleaning the floor and making us feel very unwelcome and as if we were in the way.
