Summary: PRO'sGreat bed, off road parking spot (if car not too long otherwise on street parking available). Good kitchen area with plenty of utensils. Quiet location.CON's2 big TV's but neither are connected to an aerial so there's no live TV. Smart tv's so you can use the apps (if you have your own account) but WiFi isn't great so disconnected quite a lot, therefore no reliable TV viewing.The bit that let it down the most was the large black mould on the wall by the top left of the bed area. Not great at all especially if you have health/respiratory issues as your face is literally inches from the mould. Hopefully the owner will fix this quickly as the cold weather is only going to make it worse!

Summary: Small but very nicely kitted out. Excellent location close to pubs and shops but also trails. Owner very welcoming and helpful. VRBO app would not download to my phone.
