Negative: Hot water far too hot, blocked bathroom drains, little space around toilet, positioning of bed doesn’t allow for adequate head clearance, duvet cover not properly fitted, deck storage untidy,

Positive: Clean and comfortable with all facilities including dishwasher and washing machine. Good location near lovely rural footpaths, a pub and only a few miles from seaside. Prompt service from letting agency.

Negative: WiFi was intermittent: I think this is an area problem. TV sometimes broke up. I had to use my phone network supply and couldn't use my IPad. Perhaps a booster would help? The high sided bath could be a problem for some people to get in and out of. The shower is over the bath too.

Positive: Good modern accommodation with new interior esp. modern bathroom & kitchen. Outside space and location great. Clean and as described

Negative: No welcome pack nor information about local area/ eating options (I with know C19, this might be an issue, a laminated single page of options would have been sufficient) Poor comfort of sofa, as it is a futon which was very uncomfortable (had to bring in the outside chairs to sit on) Intermittent wifi Recycle info would have been useful
