This unique property is located in calming woodland surroundings and with over 80 peaceful acres of heath, woodland and marsh with ponds and a river to explore. We would definitely recommend bringing binoculars and a camera. Whether it is a long walk or sitting on the decking with marsh harriers and hobbies flying overhead, The Retreat is the perfect getaway. You can walk 30 minutes to Thorpeness beach for breakfast or lunch and Aldeburgh is only two miles away.
Aldeburgh is truly a wonderful place to visit. There's so much to see and explore! There's something for everyone and come rain, come shine Aldeburgh will keep you entertained.
