Summary: This property was absolutely stunning! The service from check in to checkout was incredible ! We loved every minute of our stay at this Four Seasons resort! The entire staff met our every need and more. Catherine from Talaveras was amazing. Race from the pool was very accommodating, and Robert from the front desk made us feel completely welcome and at home. If you have the opportunity to stay at this resort, we highly recommend it! 10/10!

Summary: This is a beautiful oasis, no notes except for the restaurants. The food in the Spanish restaurant was not the best, but service was great). The Proof restaurant was good, but not what I expect at the Four Seasons.

Summary: Very disappointed… this stay did not live up to the usual Four Seasons hospitality. The property was clearly understaffed, and the team seemed untrained. Towels at the pool were scarce, and the pool area itself was dirty. We visited in the morning and returned in the evening for a night swim, only to find the same used towels still there and the area not maintained. Sadly, we won’t be returning.
