Summary: Great property and communication and accommodation by the owner was excellent. Property is beautiful, as you would expect with a 4 Seasons. The only reason for 4 stars (as opposed to 5) is upon check-in to our 2 bedroom condo there were footprints staining the carpet in one bedroom. Substance was still wet, and red. I don't know if it was spilled soda, or something worse. Housekeeping was informed and tried to take care of it, but throughout the 4 day stay it was something you wanted to avoid. Something you might overlook at a Holiday Inn, but pretty bad form at a 4 Seasons. Otherwise, all as expected and great stay.

Summary: We had the most magical week ever. Property is beautiful, food was wonderful and the staff went above and beyond to meet everyone’s needs. We enjoyed the slopes and also relaxed at the spa. I can’t thank Dan enough for his every recommendation from food to activities. Dan and Bill both went above and beyond to make sure our stay was more than we could imagine. We are sad to leave and can’t wait to come back!

Summary: This is everything you'd expect out of a Four Seasons and more. Excellent proximity to the pool and skiing, and we could see the slopes from both bedrooms and the living room. The Four Seasons really does a great job in making kids feel special and at home. We had high expectations for this stay, and this place exceeded them! We look forward to staying here again soon.
