Summary: We had cold and rainy weather for our summer trip. Hanging out with family.. playing games and sharing a meal was nice. The house was cozy and yet we did not feel crowded.

Summary: This was a great choice for a summer vacation with our children and grandchildren. The cabin is clean, comfortable and the open floor plan makes it easy for all to spend time together. We were close to hiking, lakes, golf; and took advantage of the option to use the pool at the campground across the street. We definitely recommend this cabin for your family vacation also!

Summary: Very nice location with plenty of privacy. Close to Torch Lake where we rented aTritoon for the day which was thoroughly enjoyable. We also went Kayaking one day. If your looking for a clean comfortable place to spend some time then you can't go wrong staying at Maple Ridge. We also visited Traverse City, Charlevoix, and Petoskey. We really enjoyed the privacy and peacefulness of this location.

Summary: The cabin was just as advertised and was located close to many area/activities that we were interested in, such as visiting Traverse City, Petosky, Boyne, Torch Lake and Sleeping Bear Dunes. The property management took great care of us - the internet went down after a storm and the permanent fix was going to take at least a full day but we were provided with a "hot box" as an interim solution that worked perfectly. I definitely would return to this location/cabin.

Summary: Great proximity to Torch lake and surrounding areas. Check in process was very smooth. Directions on how and where to deliver your trash was not very descriptive. I would not recommend bringing any large trailers because the space is limited. The yard and/or space to do any activities is not very well kept in the way that the grass is hard and not irrigated. It was painful to walk in. The back yard near the fire pits was beautiful, but not well kept. It is not mowed and there was a large pile of rotting leaves next to our door. The interior was nice and had all of the basics, but was a little bit infested with beetles/ticks? Especially in the lower level. Overall it was very enjoyable but only as a place to sleep or eat. Family activities at the site was difficult.

Summary: My brother and I brought our Mother up to see relatives. She grew up on a dairy farm not far from Mancelona, MI. (which is now a Christmas tree farm) The location was perfectly located for all the areas we wanted to visit. The cabin was nice and clean. One bedroom and bath was on the main floor so it was nice Mom didn't have to worry about steps. Kitchen, dining room and living room was very comfortable. The TV buffered a lot, so it was difficult to get the weather for the day. Other than that we didn't watch TV, so just a minor inconvenience for us. I had a couple questions while staying there and they were very prompt in getting back with me. The check-in process was a little challenging. I' m in NC trying to make arrangements for family members months in advance. I sent in drivers license etc. to hold the cabin and had no idea they had not received it on their end, so a week before traveling I contact them again and find out they are still waiting for the information. Maybe they should have a window that they re-contact you if they haven't received information within a certain time frame. The area was nice and quiet and we would definitely stay there again.

Summary: Great location central to sleeping bear dunes, traverse city, boyne city, kayaking on the jordan and manistee rivers as well as Charlevoix. Great beaches, restaurants and farmers markets. The house was big enough for all 8 of us and the 3 full baths made it easy. the dogs loved the space. Thanks for a great trip.
