Summary: I have been using that hotel for 15 years and it has really gone down hill!!!!! the food was cold the TV had limited channels for foreign visitor I will not be back

Summary: Four Point is a very well kept hotel, with a dedicated staf that provide exelent service. Access to the hotel is fine, close to highway. Breakfast buffet is Chinese style combined with dishes from continental breakfast. The hotel is all over well kept and clean, although rugs seem very used. Western style restaurant next door, and within 10 minutes walk, the Wanda Plaza, a shopping center, with many places to eat, and many different types of restaurant This is my 5th.visit at the hotel, and next time I am in Taicang, Four Point is the first chosen.
