Summary: Bobo was very friendly at the front desk. Despite being on the first floor, the noise level was practically zero. We couldn't hear any traffic driving by or the gusts of wind that were happening outside on check out day!

Summary: The room was pretty small but at least it was newly remodeled. What really irked me was that I was charged $150 extra on my card for "amenities/incidentals". What amenities? There were NO snacks, bottled water, soda or any other beverages. I realize a lot of hotels charge for this, but at least there are things in the room to charge for, and typically the charge is much less. The fee is of course refunded after several days but still it's annoying when you realize there are NO amenities. Also, no continental breakfast was a disappointment. Other competitors we've stayed at in the area offer a continental breakfast and have similar or better rooms for around the same price. I don't think I would stay here again.

Summary: Room was clean. We booked for 2 nights. They deactivated our room key for not reason. The front desk clerk said that she knew we were staying for 2 nights but she desactivates the card. Kind of weird. Pool is closed. Our bathroom was clean but it didnt have soap, shampoo or conditioner
